Hyundai is unveiling its new fuel cell concept car Blue2 this week's Seoul Motor Show "Market leadership in early VEGF" a vehicle that the automaker hopes will help win Does this mean that a production version of Blue2 (pronounced "blue box") is coming? It's hard to say now, but if Hyundai has a type of fuel cell vehicle on the market, we expect that this concept is very similar to the magnificent.

The philosophy of the Korean automaker's design called external Blue2 Interspersed Flow, "which incorporates elements of dynamic and innovative design. While waiting for his debut in the upcoming Geneva Motor Show, Hyundai has released the first images and details of its new i40 wagon. Developed at Hyundai's European factory in Rüsselsheim, Germany, the i40 will be launched in Europe as a saloon before the follow later this year.

Viewers language Hyundai latest design, i40 packs many features that you expect to see on a high-end products - like Genesis Hyundai Equus and models, for example. Included in the package features heated and reclining rear seats and an intelligent system that automatically keeps fog your windshield fog.

The question for North American consumers, but if the i40 makes an American car than the Sonata sedan counterpart. 2011 HYUNDAI SONATA HYBRID REVIEW

In mid-October, Hyundai announced that its 2011 Sonata Hybrid would be eligible for a $1,300 tax credit. The electrified mid-size sedan was to officially hit the market before the end of the year and the first 60,000 buyers who plopped down some coin for the Sonata Hybrid would've walked away with that juicy credit in their pockets.

However, there's a hitch: the Sonata Hybrid has been delayed and its release date pushed back until January, and GreenCarReports.com indicates that that will dash any hopes of receiving the credit, which expires on December 31.

Even so, the Sonata Hybrid still remains one of only a few mid-size hybrid sedans capable of achieving great fuel economy – 36 miles per gallon city and 40 mpg highway – and many of its competitors like the Ford Fusion Hybrid, Toyota Camry Hybrid and Chevrolet Malibu Hybrid either no longer qualify for the tax credits or aren't available for purchase. The Sonata Hybrid is a capable car and one of the most compelling new vehicles in the mid-size segment, so missing out on the credit probably won't affect sales dramatically, but its delay will mean that early adopters won't have an extra $1,300 in their couch cushions next year.

Hyundai Motor Co. released renderings this week of the redesigned, fifth generation Grandeur -- sold in Korea -- that is expected to arrive stateside as the next Azera for the 2012 model year.

Like the Hyundai Sonata and new Elantra, the new Azera features Hyundai's slippery “fluidic sculpture” design language. Details about the vehicle's powertrain and features were not released.

“We have changed everything, it's a remarkable car,” John Krafcik, CEO of Hyundai Motor America, told Automotive News in an interview during the Los Angeles Auto Show. “It will surprise a lot of people.”

Krafick would not confirm the Azera's U.S. launch date, but said the vehicle “is not that far away.” The large, front-wheel drive car was originally launched in Korea in 1986.

The 2011 Azera -- available with two V-6 engines and a 6-speed automatic transmission -- starts at $26,290, including shipping. Azera sales totaled just 2,641 in the first 10 months of 2010, down 18 percent from the same period last year.

“The Azera is a front wheel drive car whereas the Genesis is rear-wheel-drive and performance-focused, so (the Azera) will have greater appeal in northern, snow-states where front wheel drive is important, but there will be a very, very strong level of differentiation between the two cars,” Krafcik said.

The Azera nameplate made its U.S. debut in late 2005 when it replaced the Hyundai XG350. The near-luxury Azera, which competes with other large sedans like the Toyota Avalon and Chrysler 300, was Hyundai's most expensive sedan until the Genesis made its debut in 2008.

The base 2011 Genesis sedan equipped with a 3.8-liter V-6 engine costs $33,800, including shipping. The Genesis powered by a 4.6-liter V-8 engine has a base price of $43,800, including shipping.

Slated for use in the Genesis sedan as well as the larger Equus, Hyundai's new V8 will use direct injection to produce 429 horsepower and 376 pound-feet of torque. That's a healthy increase of 59 horsepower and 8 ft-lbs of torque over the 4.6-liter V8 it's replacing, while also increasing fuel economy by one mile per gallon to 18/26 thanks to an all-new eight-speed automatic transmission. Hyundai has not mentioned any plans to offer the new Tau 5.0 in any other products, though we'd love to see it shoehorned under the hood of a Genesis Coupe. (Full disclosure: We really want to see a 5.0 battle between the Genesis Coupe and Mustang GT.)

On a much smaller level of displacement, Hyundai also detailed a new 1.0-liter Kappa inline three-cylinder engine that will be offered in other markets in the new i10 subcompact. Currently, this engine produces 69 horsepower and returns around 55 miles per gallon on the United States testing cycle. And while this 1.0-liter engine currently isn't slated for consumption here in the States, future versions of the Kappa engine could come to our shores. Hyundai says that we'll see a turbocharged, 110-hp version of the 1.0-liter three in 2012, and that a turbocharged 1.2-liter Kappa will be released shortly thereafter. The 1.2T is estimated to produce around 130 to 140 hp, making it more suitable for American-sized vehicles.

Mummbles also adds an extra iPad (over the stock tablet the Equus comes with) that controls the air suspension, rear curtains, stereo and windows.
