This new launch by Honda is innovative petrol cum electric variant with the IMA system which retains practical characteristics which were found in the supermini. This new Jazz is lower in terms of emissions and has an improved performance in terms of fuel economy.
Some of the advantages this new Jazz is associated with are:

- There has been no compromise in respect of features and practicality of the standard Jazz
- It includes the previous flexible Magic Seats the boot space is the same with 831 litres capacity
- It has an improved fuel economy offering up to 64.2 miles/gallon
The hybrid Jazz has the same 1.3 litre i-VTEC engine like the Insight hybrid. Despite the taller body shape this new car is similar in the levels of CO2 emissions of 104 g/km which is around 21g/km less than the present lowest emitting 1.2 litre petrol Jazz.
